HIP- Petrohemija and labor unions
Establishing and maintaining a continuous dialogue with trade unions is of special importance for socially responsible operations in HIP-Petrohemija.
Through the representative trade unions, the workers of HIP-Petrohemija participate in decision-making process regarding all matters concerning their personal and social rights and interests, in a manner and under conditions prescribed by the Labor Law and Collective Agreement, whose provisions apply to all workers. The Unions actively monitor the status of all employees in the company and participate in drafting documents, such as Collective Agreement and Collective Agreement on the Safety and Health at Work. Daily consultations, weekly and periodical management meetings with the representative trade unions are an important source of information on which depends the life of HIP-Petrohemija.
