HIP-Petrohemija’s Ordinary Shareholders Meeting was held on Tuesday, 22 June 2021. Dragan Stojanović, the major shareholder’s authorized representative, was appointed a President of the Shareholders Meeting.
The Shareholders Meeting adopted HIP-Petrohemija’s Financial Reports for 2020, and the independent auditor’s Report about Financial Reports audit, as well as HIP-Petrohemija’s Business Report for 2020. A resolution has been brought about the Articles of Association amendments. According to the Shareholders Meeting Resolution, Deloitte d.o.o. Beograd was elected an auditor for financial reports in 2021. Also the Supervisory Board’s Report for 2020, was adopted, as well as a Report on evaluation market value of overwhole property, obligations and capital of the Company as on 31. December 2020.
It was also concluded at the Shareholders Meeting that during 2020, a year marked by the covid-19 pandemic, HIP-Petrohemija successfully fulfilled its two priority goals – safety and health protection of its employees and stable performance of its business activities. It is also stated that HIP-Petrohemija is ready to meet the challenges of the forthcoming privatization.
Since the term of office of the Supervisory Board members expired, a new Supervisory Board was appointed. Two former members, Goran Stojilković and Vladimir Koprivšek, both representatives of the Petroleum Industry of Serbia, were reappointed. Marko Mladenović, Stojan Bosić and Bojan Kostić are new members of the Supervisory Board, representing the state capital.
