Along with the company reorganization, Human Resource Management Department has been established and is responsible for managing all the procedures related to employees, complying with the provisions of Labour Law as well as other valid regulations, Collective Agreement and other enactments of the Company, and applying the best policy and practise from the field of human resources in the market. The Human Resource Department defines and applies the strategy of employment, training, professional development and orientation, internal communication process and planning of employees’ needs.

HR Relationship Management Services
The HR Relationship Management Service takes responsibility for all procedures related to selection and recruitment, employees’ training and development, and internal communications.
The scope of the Service comprises of planning of manpower including identification of needs for new internal and external recruitment, candidate selection analysis, key position succession planning and employees’ development with the purpose of their takeover of more responsible positions in the Company.
HR Relationship Management Services also takes responsiblity for training planning, which includes identification of needs for employees training related to new operating processes or employees skill development so to gain knowledge and skills required for performing the tasks of their position, and also to give them the possibility of further career development and advancement.
The HR Relationship Management Services is also responsible for internal communication, i.e. for establishment and improvment of communication channels, in order to provide transparency in its everyday operation and inform employees on the issues important for the company’s business.
HR Process Development Service
The HR Process Development Service is responsible for the development, revision, implementation and monitoring of processes, procedures and policies in the field of human resources.
The Process Development Service scans the processes from the field of human resources, documents them and analyzes the opportunities for process improvement and efficiency of the entire sector, thus contributing to operation and results of the Company.
The results of the conducted analyses are used for the development and preparation of policies and procedures, their implementation and revision after detecting the defects or changes in the processes and business environment.
The service is also responsible for the development of all forms that can be used for the processes of human resources, in order to enable efficient and fast performance of all tasks on one side, and settting up a database for establishing metrics, measurement, and monitoring of the effectiveness on the other.
Process Development Service follows market trends, analyzes and implements the best examples from the practice. Moreover, it is responsible for the development and definition of the report package in cooperation with the relevant colleagues within the sector.

In accordance with the strategic aims of the Company, the Process Development Service is in charge of administrating all the decisions on organization changes concerning the status of employees.
HR Process Development Service is in charge of administrating all the processes performed within the Sector of Human Resources and providing legal support and counseling in the domain of collective agreement. The management of work and legal issues, administration of employment process (internal and external), maintenance of employees files and updating complete database; applying of employees to relevant fonds and issuing of confirmations on work status of employees also belong here.
Within the service for process development of human resources, there is a Solidarity Fund whose funds are intended for various types of aid from spa treatments and purchasing of medicines to aid in upredictable life situations.
