The Human Resource Management Department is responsible for managing procedures related to the employees, complying with the provisions of the Employment Act and other current regulations, Collective Agreement and other enactments of the Company, through applying the best policy and practice in the field of human resources available on market. The Human Resource Management Department establishes and implement the strategies related to employment, orientation, training, professional development and welfare of the employees.

HR Relationship Management Services
Through coordination with other organizational units, the Service makes manpower schedules which include identification of the needs for internal rearrangements and external recruitment, and it also coordinates in inducing new employees to their job and monitors their adaptation.
HR Relationship Management Service also takes responsibility for producing and controlling the plans for periodical checkups of the employees’ skill to individually perform the jobs required by their positions, and also supervises the realization of training plans, including identification of the needs for both internal and external legally or otherwise required trainings and checkups of the employees, all in order that they gain knowledge and skills required for performing the tasks of their position, and to give them the opportunity for further improvement and career development.
Yet another segment of taking care of the employees is mirrored in providing the New Year’s presents and New Year’s performances for the employees’ children up to 12 years of age.
Being a socially responsible company we recognize the needs of secondary-school and university students and arrange practical trainings for them. In accordance with their curriculum requirements and being supervised by mentors, they are offered the opportunity to gain practical experience for their future jobs.

HR Process Development Service
The Process Development Service scans the processes from the field of human resources, documents them and analyzes the opportunities for the process improvement and efficiency of the entire sector, thus contributing to operation and results of the Company.
The results of the conducted analyses are used for the development and preparation of policies and procedures, their implementation and revision after detecting the defects or changes in the processes and business environment.
The Service is also responsible for the development of templates and forms that can be of use for the processes of human resources, in order to enable efficient and fast performance of any task, on one side, and setting up a database for establishing metrics, measurement, and monitoring of the effectiveness, on the other side. In addition, the Service is also responsible for establishing the reporting packages in cooperation with the relevant associates within the Department.
The Process Development Service follows the market trends, analyzes and implements the best models from the practice. In accordance with the strategic plans of the Company, it supports the agility of the company through organizational changes directed to continual improvement and also makes adjustments in positions systematization in order to achieve more efficient realization of the operating processes.
HR Process Development Service is in charge of keeping administration related to the processes performed within the Sector of Human Resources, and of providing legal support and counseling in the domain of collective agreement. It includes management of work and legal issues, administration of employment process (internal and external), maintenance of the employees records and updating the databases; registration of employees with the relevant funds and issuing them confirmations on their employment status.
Within the HR Process Development Service there is also a Solidarity Fund whose funds are intended for various types of aid to the employees, from spa treatments and purchasing of medicines to financial help in unpredictable life situations.
