The Company Management and the representative trade unions adopted on January 27th, 2015, the Collective Agreement, which is applied to all employees.
Social welfare and employee health care also take a significant place. Health care of HIP-Petrohemija’s employees includes regular general and specialist examinations in specialized clinics, health education and special benefits for recreational sports activities. The cllective around the clock insurance is provided for all employees – in case of an accident resulting in death or illness, as well as in the case of permanent disability.
The employees have at their disposal a team of experts trained to provide psycho-sociological support in the workplace and family, or help in overcoming personal problems that may reduce the optimum contribution of an employee.
Employees also have the possibility of healthcare rehabilitation provided outside the work process in recreation centers that have signed a service contract with HIP-Petrohemija.
The social dimension of the care for our staff includes building mutual trust and the feeling that employees are not alone in distress. The Company and employees finance funds that later provide means for various kinds of assistance – from spa treatments and purchase of medicines, to help in unpredictable life situations (Solidarity Fund exists for over 25 years). Retirees, employees' families, and especially children of deceased workers, are not forgotten, as a part of organized care for those who are, or used to be, a part of the company.
