Centre for Environmental Management - EMC
HIP-Petrohemija has signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the implementation of a project which purpose is establishment of the Centre for Environmental Management (EMC) in Serbia, which will ensure effective monitoring and reporting of emissions within the Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA), linking sector of the economy, authorities in the field of environment and relevant EU institutions. The key functional elements of the EMC are system for record keeping and reporting in the environmental field. There has been successfully analyzed the organizational and technological units in terms of environmental reporting and identification of all pollution sources in plants. At the end of final training HIP Petrohemija received flexible reporting system on environment. This system will help us to be in compliance with EU regulations and to manage environmental data in a transparent, traceable and consistent manner.
