Independent trade union organization "HIP- Petrohemija“ a.d. Pancevo - under restructuring has been existing and functioning from the very foundation of petrochemical complex - in 1977., or more than 35 years.It is a member of the largest labor union center - the Independent Trade Union of Serbia, the Republic Committee for Energy and Energy Trade Union Regional Network of South East Europe. It has 23 trade union affiliates.
Independent trade union organization "HIP-Petrohemija“ a.d. Pancevo as one of the three representative trade unions in "HIP-Petrohemija“ participates in making of the Collective Agreement and other general acts and in decisions on matters of employees in relation to their personal and social rights and interests.
Independent trade union organization "HIP Petrohemija" has excellent cooperation with unions from Oil Refinery Pancevo and Fertilizer Plant,and helps intensively in the work to trade unions of FAM and Oil Refinery Belgrade.
