HIP-Petrohemija is a company in accordance with the Law on companies („Official Gazette RS“, No. 36/11, 99/11, 83/14 and 05/15) registered in Business Registration Agency as stock company. It has 7 shareholders, registered in Central Securities Depository and Clearing House with the following ownership structure:

The Republic of Serbia is situated on the Balkan Peninsula, i.e. in Southeast Europe and partly in Central Europe. Its history and achievements make it an integral part of modern civilization and the international community. The capital of Serbia – Belgrade is the administrative, economic and cultural center of Serbia. On the economic map of Serbia, Pancevo is recognized as one of the most important industrial centers where HIP Petrohemija is located – the largest producer of petrochemicals in the country and one of the leading Serbian exporters.
The Republic of Serbia has a total of 9,665,384 shares.

Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia 13.34%
Development Fund of RS was established by the Republic of Serbia, in order to stimulate economic and regional development, improve competitiveness and liquidity of the domestic economy, and stimulate employment, infrastructure development and export. By providing funds from the budget, and from its own revenues and other sources in accordance with the Law, the Fund provides favorable loans to companies, including investment loans, loans for permanent working capital, short-term and long-term loans. HIP-Petrohemija is one of the beneficiaries of the Fund for the development of RS.
The Development Fund of RS has a total of 2,400,554 shares.

JP Srbijagas Novi Sad 13.09%
Public company Srbijagas – a leader in the gas market in Serbia is a company for transportation, distribution, storage and trading of natural gas. Today’s company Srbijagas has emerged in the restructuring process of NIS, from the organizational units of NIS-Gas, NIS Energogas and NIS Jugopetrol (RJ Gas and gasworks, Pancevo), that have been developing the gas sector for over fifty years. Srbijagas is the only supplier of HIP-Petrohemija with natural gas.
JP Srbiijagas Novi Sad has a total of 2,355,596 shares.

Naftna industrija Srbije a.d. Novi Sad 12.45%
NIS is one of the largest energy companies in Southeastern Europe. The main directions of the company's business operations include: exploration and production of oil and gas, refining, transportation of petroleum products, services and energy. This joint-stock company, with the following ownership share: Gazprom Neft 56.15%, Republic of Serbia 29.87% and minority shareholders 13.98%, represents the most profitable business system in Serbia. NIS - Petroleum Refinery is the largest supplier of HIP-Petrohemija with naphtha, and a recently signed Agreement on strategic cooperation between NIS and HIP-Petrohemija is the basis for stable operation and further development of the company.
NIS a.d. Novi Sad has a total of 2,240,376 shares.

PD Elektrovojvodina d.o.o. Novi Sad 4.76%
Elektrovojvodina is one of the five distribution companies in the Electric Power Industry of Serbia system, with the intended purpose of electricity distribution. It operates on the territory of AP Vojvodina and it is 100% owned by the state. Elektrovojvodina is the only supplier of HIP-Petrohemija with electricity.
PD Elektrovojvodina Llc. Novi Sad has a total of 857,365 shares.

Akcionarski fond a.d. Beograd 2.16%
In this way, non-nominated company capital of HIP-Petrohemija a.d. Pančevo (representing 2.16266% of the Company’s core capital) was transfered to Akcionarski fond a.d. Beograd.
Akcionarski fond a.d. Beograd owns 389,230 shares in total.
Akcionarski fond a.d. Beograd does not have its representative at the Copmany’s Shareholders Assembly.
