HIPLEX®

HIPLEX^® HDPE is produced by continual polymerization of ethylene on two identical production lines, in loop reactors at medium pressure.

HIPLEX^® is granulated and packed on two locations in HIP-Petrohemija: in HDPE Plant in Pancevo (classical bags, net weight of HIPLEX^® is 25 kg) and in Panonijaplast, plant for compound production, in Crepaja near Pancevo (valve bags, net weight of HIPLEX^® is 25 kg).
Bags in which HIPLEX^® is packed have identical labels on them, and the bag type and packing machine do not affect the product quality.

HIPLEX^® with density 0.955-0.963 g/cm³ is a material of choice for blown molded containers for food and chemicals, as well as reservoirs for automotive industry. Shopping and industrial bags made of HIPLEX^®, in addition to their excellent mechanical properties also provide the possibility for quality printing.

HIPLEX^® can with absolute certainty be used for food products packing, since it does not change the organoleptic properties of food. This is confirmed by Professional opinion of the Serbian Health Institute and Statement of Conformity issued by National Laboratory of Health, Environment and Food, Maribor, Slovenia, which is valid in European Union.

HIPLEX^® is processed by several techniques: blowing or injection molding, extrusion and pressing, resulting in wide range of products – from household products, packaging and technical parts to pipes for distribution of natural gas and water.
