Goran Stojilković
President of Supervisory Board

Born on 13th September 1968, in Leskovac. Graduated from the Faculty of Technology in Belgrade in 1995, as a chemical engineer. He started his career in company Actavis Srbija as a chemical engineer in laboratory for organic chemistry, then as a specialist in department of Semi-industrial Chemical Synthesis and afterwards as technical director and manager of business unit – “Chemistry“. He was appointed Deputy Manager in 2003, and in December 2004 he was promoted General Manager of the company. In 2007, Serbian Chamber of Commerce named him Manager of the Year. From 2009 to 2012 he was on the position of Manager of Operations of Actavis UK Ltd. Since 2012, he has been working for oil company NIS a.d. Novi Sad as Deputy to General Manager for Petrochemical Affairs. He is married and has two children.
At HIP-Petrohemija’s Ordinary Shareholders Meeting held on 22 June 2021, Mr Stojilković was reappointed a member of the Supervisory Board, and two days later he was elected the Company’s Supervisory Board President.

Born on April 16, 1969, Graduated Chemical Engineering from University of Novi Sad in 1996. He started his business career in 1997 in Naftna Industrija Srbije as an Assistant Manager of Secondary Processing Plant - HDS and Reforming of gasoline - in Oil Refinery Novi Sad (RNS). In the period from 2001 to 2003 he worked as a Process Engineer / Project Engineer in England,in one of the leading companies in the world, AMEC Oil, Gas and Process. From late 2003 until the end of 2006., he worked as Manager of Secondary Oil II plants, and then also as Production Director of RNS. From October, 2006. to February, 2007, he worked as a Senior Process Engineer / Project Engineer in the Company CB & I in England. In April 2007, he returned to Naftna Industrija Srbije, where he worked as Modelling and Optimisation Coordinator, i.e. Coordinator for Investments analysis and assessment. From March 2010 to September 2012 and from January to March 2013 he was Director of Directorate for Investment Analysis and Assessment in NIS, while in the last quarter of 2012, during the reconstruction of HDPE Plant his function was executive director for production-technical jobs in HIP-Petrohemija. In April 2013, Vladimir Koprivšek was appointed a consultant to Director of the Function for Strategy and Investments, and in August 2014, he became a Manager for Development and Efficiency of the Process Block within the Function for Strategy and Investment of the Petroleum Industry of Serbia.
At HIP-Petrohemija’s Supervisory Board Meeting held on 1 September 2014, he was appointed by cooptation a member of the Supervisory Board. After three years of his term of office he was re-elected in June 2017, and was a member of the Supervisory Board until June 2021.
At HIP-Petrohemija’s Ordinary Shareholders Meeting held on 22 June 2021, Mr Koprivšek was reappointed a member of the Supervisory Board for a period of four years.
