Goran Stojilković
President of Supervisory Board

Born on 13th September 1968, in Leskovac. Graduated from the Faculty of Technology in Belgrade in 1995, as a chemical engineer. He started his career in company Actavis Srbija as a chemical engineer in laboratory for organic chemistry, then as a specialist in department of Semi-industrial Chemical Synthesis and afterwards as technical director and manager of business unit – “Chemistry“. He was appointed Deputy Manager in 2003, and in December 2004 he was promoted General Manager of the company. In 2007, Serbian Chamber of Commerce named him Manager of the Year. From 2009 to 2012 he was on the position of Manager of Operations of Actavis UK Ltd. Since 2012, he has been working for oil company NIS Gasprom Neft as Deputy to General Manager for Petrochemical Affairs. He is married and has two children.
On Supervisory Board session of HIP-Petrohemija, held on 11th March 2013, he was elected as a Supervisory Board member.
At ordinary session of the Company’s Shareholders Assembly, held on 22 June, 2017, he was reappointed Supervisory Board member for the next four years.
On Supervisory Board session of HIP-Petrohemija, held on 29th June 2017, he was reelected as a President of Supervisory Board .
Sandor Ambrus
Member of Supervisory Board

Born on May 1st, 1953, in Pancevo. Graduated from the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy in Belgrade, in 1977. He started his professional career in HIP-Petrohemija in 1978, as a production engineer intern in High Density Polyethylene Plant. In 2009, he ended his professional career by obtaining disability pension. From 1978 to 1988, he worked on all engineer positions in HDPE Plant, after which he was appointed Production Deputy Manager in High Density Polyethylene Plant. From 1990 to 2003, he was the Manager of High Density Polyethylene Plant. From 2003 to November 2006, he was engaged as Deputy General Manager of HIP-Petrohemija and afterwards he took the position of Acting General Manager. He was on this position until 2008 when he was re-elected as Deputy General Manager. From January to October 2009, he was the manager of Entrepreneurship Agency – Business Incubator HIP-Petrohemija. In the period from 2001 to 2009, he was a member of Managing Board of HIP-Petrohemija, and since May 2013, he has been a member of Supervisory Board of HIP-Petrohemija.
At ordinary session of the Company’s Shareholders Assembly, held on 22 June, 2017, he was reappointed Supervisory Board member for the next four years.
Stanko Gujanicic
Member of Supervisory Board

Born on September 14th, 1982, in Užice. Graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, in 2007 – Social Policy and Social Work Department. Since 2008, he has worked in City Centre for Social Work – Zvezdara Department. In the period from June 2013 to October 2014, he held the position of Chairman of the Shareholders Assembly of the Social Enterprise for Vocational and Professional Training and Employment of Disabled and Other Persons "DES" in Belgrade. As of May 2013, he is a member of HIP-Petrohemija’s Supervisory Board. From June 2016, he is a member of Palilula Urban Municipal Council.
At ordinary session of the Company’s Shareholders Assembly, held on 22 June, 2017, he was reappointed Supervisory Board member for the next four years.
Jovana Trivan
Member of Supervisory Board
She was born in 1978. in Zajecar. She graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade at the Department of Executive Management. She began her working career in 2002 as an intern at the company "Progress AD", and in 2005. she was appointed Deputy Executive Director for commercial affairs at the same company. Since 2008. she has been employed in the Public company "Srbijagas" at the position of Assistant Executive Director for commercial affairs. She is a member of Managing Board of "Srbijagas", and from May 2013. she has been a member of Supervisory Board of „HIP-Petrohemija“.

Vladimir Koprivsek
Member of Supervisory Board

Born on April 16, 1969, Graduated Chemical Engineering from University of Novi Sad in 1996. He started his business career in 1997 in Naftna Industrija Srbije as an Assistant Manager of Secondary Processing Plant - HDS and Reforming of gasoline - in Oil Refinery Novi Sad (RNS). In the period from 2001 to 2003 he worked as a Process Engineer / Project Engineer in England,in one of the leading companies in the world, AMEC Oil, Gas and Process. From late 2003 until the end of 2006., he worked as Manager of Secondary Oil II plants, and then also as Production Director of RNS. From October, 2006. to February, 2007, he worked as a Senior Process Engineer / Project Engineer in the Company CB & I in England. In April 2007, he returned to Naftna Industrija Srbije, where he worked as Modelling and Optimisation Coordinator, i.e. Coordinator for Investments analysis and assessment. From March 2010 to September 2012 and from January to March 2013 he was Director of Directorate for Investment Analysis and Assessment in NIS, while in the last quarter of 2012, during the reconstruction of HDPE Plant his function was executive director for production-technical jobs in HIP-Petrohemija. In April 2013 he was elected advisor to the Director of Function for Strategy and Investments, and in August 2014 the Manager of petrochemistry and biofuels in Function for Strategy and Investment of Naftna Industrija Srbije. On the session of Supervisory Board of HIP-Petrohemija on September 1, 2014, by co-optation he was elected the member of Supervisory Board.
