Executive Board

Mr Unkovic was born on August 29, 1968, in Belgrade. He is a Master in Economic Sciences – a Master Degree obtained at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, in 2010, and Bachelor od Sciences in Chemical Engineering – graduated from Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Metallurgy, Belgrade, in 1994. He started his professional career in 1994, being employed through 1998, as a senior commercial associate for foreign trade jobs in Belgrade company Mobex. In 1998, he got employment with HIP-Petrohemija, where in the period through 2003, he was holding a position of chief engineer in the Low Density Polyethylene Plant. From 2003, when he left HIP-Petrohemija, to 2009, he was director of the Belgrade Branch Office of the company Koncar, Electrical Industry Inc. Zagreb. From 2009, to the day of his return to HIP-Petrohemija, he was director of Development and Investment Department in the public enterprise Transnafta. Upon the suggestion of the Serbian Government Mr Unkovic was appointed general director of HIP-Petrohemija at its Supervisory Board session on February 11, 2014.

After expiry of his two four-years term of office, Mr Velimir Unković was reappointed a General Manager of the Company at the HIP-Petrohemija’s Supervisory Board Meeting held on 27 January 2022.

Born on 13 June 1972. Graduated in 1997 from the University of Belgrade, and in 2005 he obtained Executive Master degree at HEC Paris (France). From 1999 to 2005, he worked in Hemofarm AD as a Regional Sales Manager for Central and Eastern Europe. From 2005 to 2009, he worked in the Center for Restructuring and Tenders in the Privatization Agency of Serbia, first as Project Manager and later as the Deputy Director and finally as the Director of the Public Tender Center. In September 2009, he assumed the office of Executive Director for Commercial Affairs of HIP-Petrohemija. In June 2012, he was reappointed Executive Director for Commercial Affairs . Saša Aleksić was reappointed Executive Director of Supply Chain Function for the next four years at Supervisory Board session held on 27 June, 2016.

Upon the Executive Board’s proposal, the Supervisory Board reappointed Saša Aleksić an Executive Director for the Function of Supply Chain, in June 2020.

Born on March 14, 1970. Graduated from the Mechanical faculty on the Moscow Institute of Oil and Gas, in 1990. He gained Bachelor’s degree in commerce in 1994, and Master degree in International trade, on All-Russia Academy of Foreign Trade, in 2000. At the beginning of his business career, from 1994 to 2000, he worked in several banks, in Moscow “ Russian National Bank“, “Tori Bank“ and “Ros Euro Bank“, as a Specialist of Commercial Department, and Economist and Senior Economist of Stock share Department. In the period between June 2000 until May 2007, he worked in the company Danone, as a Business Controller in Moscow, then as a Business Controller of Central and Eastern Europe Zone of Danone Group in the Czech Republic, and then again in Moscow, as a Head of Budget Control and Finance Analysis Department. Since May 2007, he worked in Bauxite Mines in Nikšić, as Chief Financial Officer, and then as Chief Executive Officer. Since September 2011, he has been part of Management of HIP-Petrohemija, at the position of Special Advisor to Director General.At the Supervisory Board Meeting held on 29 August 2012, Alexey Ageev was appointed an Executive Director for the Function of Finances, and at the meeting held on 24 April 2014, he was appointed an Executive Director for the Function of Finances, Business Planning and Control.

The new term of office of Alexey Ageev holding a position of Executive Director for the Function of Finances, Business Planning and Control, restarted on 24 April 2018.

Born on 12th August, 1967. He graduated from The Faculty of Occupational Safety in Niš – Fire Protection Department. He started his professional career in 1989, in Vatrozaštita and in 1993 he moved to Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia – Secretariat in Pančevo and took the position of manager in sector of FF Police. In the period from 1996 to 2005 he worked as senior advisor on operative jobs at Security Agency. From December 2005 to October 2009 he was working at NIS a.d. Novi Sad in Directorate for Corporate Protection as Manager of Corporate Protection Service in Oil Rafinery Pančevo. Since November 2009, he has been a part of management of HIP-Petrohemija on the position of Manager of Corporate Safety Affairs. On Monday, 11th March 2013, on Supervisory Board session, he was appointed Executive Director for Corporate and Legal Affairs. Dragan Zavišić was appointed an Executive Director for the Function of Corporate and Legal Affairs at the Supervisory Board Meeting held on 25 February 2017.

Upon the Executive Board’s proposal the Supervisory Board reappointed Dragan Zavišić as Executive Director for the Function of Corporate and Legal Affairs at the meeting held on 25 February 2021.
