After the renowned Austria based international certification and evaluation institute – ÖQS, monitored our EMS (Environment Management System) in May 2005, we received the JUS ISO 14001:2004 certificate on integral management of the quality system and environment protection, on 16.06.2005.

By acting in accordance with this standard, we are significantly reducing negative consequences to the environment, which in fact is the most important goal. This is the way to create pre-conditions for achievement of a sustainable development idea, implying that only the minimum of necessary resources and energy is consumed, which is sufficient for production and growth.

In HIP-Petrohemija we evidence significant improvements in fulfilling these tasks, by defining the environment protection targets and implementing the integrated management system,. By monitoring the process and analyzing the resulting data, we determine the degree of realization of our targets. We continuously analyze the tasks set, in order to improve the quality of products and services, using the methods which stimulate improvements and good business practice..
